Yumeiho therapy works with body asymmetry, originating from the dislocation of the hipbone, which can be the cause of many types of back/neck pain, lumbago, or spine/discus disorders. The basic technique comes from the Shaolin monastery which was used as a healing technique for recovery that can boost performance too. As an energy massage, it awakes our natural self-healing spirit and gives a balanced energy flow, and hence regular treatments can also slow down the symptoms and process of ageing.

The treatment is performed on a special mattress placed on the floor. During the therapy session, the client is fully clothed in comfortable and loose trousers or tights, a T-shirt and clean socks.  Your street clothes can be good or you can change your garment before the treatment starts.
